We accept returns on all items within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In its original condition and packaging
• With all tags attached

To initiate a return, please contact us at acoiro.strengthcoach@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive your request, we'll send you further instructions on how to return your items.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for the return of the item and issue a full refund or exchange based on your preference.
